Nichole Parfitt
F-NTP, IMHC, NBHWC Board Certification Candidate — Health Coach & Clinic Administrator
Nichole brings a unique blend of functional nutritional therapy expertise and holistic wellness coaching to her dual role as Health Coach and Clinic Administrator at Matrix Integrative Medicine. As a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (F-NTP) and Integrative Medicine Health Coach (IMHC), she understands the clinical landscape from both the practitioner and patient perspective.
Having worked alongside Dr. Keesha Ewers for more than 14 years, Nichole has been deeply involved in supporting the compassionate, root-cause approach that defines the practice. Through this experience, she has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of personalized care, education, and creating a supportive environment for individuals navigating complex health challenges.
Nichole's passion for this work is also deeply personal. Her own health journey navigating autoimmune Hashimoto's disease — and the experience of moving through a traditional healthcare model that often left her without answers or meaningful education about what was happening in her body — ultimately led her to the field of integrative and functional medicine. That experience gives her a profound sense of empathy for others walking similar paths.
Today, Nichole brings that perspective into every aspect of her work. Her background in holistic health allows her to support patients with warmth and understanding as they navigate their wellness journeys, helping ensure each individual feels seen, heard, and supported from their very first interaction with the clinic.
In her combined role as Health Coach and Clinic Administrator, Nichole is passionate about creating a seamless and compassionate experience for every patient — from scheduling and coordination to ongoing communication and care — while also supporting individuals as they translate clinical insights into meaningful lifestyle changes that support long-term healing.
