Conversations (Between Employees):

Standard internal operational and scheduling coordination between Matrix Integrative Medicine staff members.

Example 1: “Can you confirm the webinar email went out to the subscriber list?” (Reply: “Yes, it was sent this morning.”)

Example 2: “Client consultation moved to 3 PM.” (Reply: “Got it, I updated the calendar.”)

4. Standard Messaging Disclosures

• Message Frequency: Frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with us. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your appointments or account status.
• Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile service provider depending on your pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
